1 (4 pound) prime rib roast
2 T. olive oil
1.5 T. Snider’s Prime Rib & Roast Seasoning
Take prime rib out of the fridge and bring to room temperature, 2-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 500° F.
Coat all sides of the roast with olive oil and seasoning.
Roast in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Turn the oven off, let it sit in the oven for 2 hours with the door closed.
Remove from oven, slice and serve.
