Snider's Garlic Pepper Roasted Carrots Recipe


2 lb bag tri-color carrots
2 T. olive oil
2 T. Balsamic vinegar
2 T. Snider’s Garlic Pepper Seasoning 


Preheat oven to 375º F
Cut carrots into coins and place in bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over carrots and mix well.
Add Snider’s Garlic Pepper Seasoning and mix well.
Place carrots on baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 40 minutes.
