4 boneless pork chops
2 T. Snider’s BAR-B-Q- Spice
1 t. black pepper
1 t. cayenne pepper
vegetable oil spray
Make rub: combine all spices in a small bowl.
Coat the chops with the rub, let sit in the fridge 1-6 hours.
Preheat grill to 325-350° F.
Remove chops from fridge, let them come to room temp, about 20-30 min.
Spray pork chops with oil and grill for about 20 minutes turning chops on each side twice.
