Sniders Chorizo Sausage Seasoning

Snider's Chorizo Sausage Seasoning: A special blend of paprika, salt, sugar, chili pepper, garlic, spices and natural flavors to produce traditional chorizo sausage. Mix 1 bag with 10 lbs. meat and 24 oz. vinegar. 10 -16 oz. bags per case. Ingredients:
Paprika, Salt, Sugar, Chili Pepper (ethoxyquin added to maintain color), Spices, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphate, Dehydrated Garlic, Natural Flavor, and not more than 2% Silicon Dioxide (added to prevent caking).
