Snider's Cajun Seasoning

cajun meat seasoningA spicy all purpose seasoning with a slight bite. A blend of red pepper, paprika, garlic, onion, and other spices.

Directions:

Sprinkle up to ¼ cup seasoning per pound on all sides of meat 1 hour before cooking.

To use as a marinade:

  • Mix 4 tbs. with ½ cup of water and stir
  • Soak meat overnight
  • Marinates 1 lb. of meat, chicken, or fish

Ingredients:

Salt, Spices (including Paprika), Hydrolyzed Soy, Corn, Yeast Protein and Wheat Gluten, Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Sodium Phosphate (6.65%), Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Bell Peppers, Guar Gum, Citric Acid, Parsley, Spice Extractives.
