Snider's Dry Marinade

A savory blend of salt, chili pepper, corn flour, garlic, papain (from papaya), and other spices. Perfect for all meats, especially beef, pork, and chicken.

Directions:

Sprinkle on all sides of meat 6 to 24 hours prior to cooking. Longer time will increase tenderizing of meat.
